One of Diana's regular clients, Margery, wrote this wonderful list to explain what she gets out of recurring appointments at Be Your Very Best.  She wanted to share her experience so that other clients could learn what consistent appointments with Diana will do for them.  Here is her perspective in her treatments with Diana:


"Diana teaches you new skills to be your very best: frequent practice always leads to skill development

  If you wanted to be a star basketball player, would you show up for practice once a month?

Your agonizing crisis episodes become less frequent and less intense

        As your skill set develops, adjustments to life situations become smooth. You maintain an “even keel” rather than experiencing “dips and peaks”

You see your progress faster

        Practicing 50 free throw shots 5 times a week gives more effective percentage than 250 attempts once a week.

You learn new skills/perspectives in little bits, more frequently, repeat often. Your new behavior/habits last a lifetime.

        A baby takes lots and lots of steps, over and over, all day long before she masters the skill of walking

You receive frequent positive guidance, eliminating discouragement and giving up

            Diana is your coach in the huddle

You catch slips early in the process; Nipping undesired behavior/perspectives in the bud.

            It is very difficult to unlearn a wrong tempo after much violin practice

You have built in accountability to complete your at-home work.

            Would we ever do our taxes if there wasn’t a due date?"
